Child-inclusive Family Dispute Resolution & Best Interests Principle (Deakin Uni)
Deakin University are researching child-inclusive family dispute resolution (FDR) programs in order to enhance these services. Research to date suggests the long-term benefits of child-inclusive programs, but little is known about the practices and experiences from the practitioner’s perspective. The study explores how the ‘best interests of the child’ are progressed through child-inclusive FDR from the practitioner’s perspective. Deakin University is reaching out to family dispute resolution staff to share their professional insights. Click on the flyer link to find out more: FDRP research study Deakin University – Flyer.png
